ok so you made an account and signed up for a laundry service! Fantastic! We hope that you feel a sense of relief and get some desperately needed time back. But this type of service might be new to you and this guide will answer a lot of your questions to make your first order a success.

Schedule a pick-up
Create a Laundry Room account by clicking on the the “schedule a pickup”. You’ll provide things like your desired pickup date, delivery notes and laundry preferences. You can also let us know if you’d like to schedule your laundry pickup on a regular basis, or just once.

Wash-and-fold is a service for all of your basic laundry needs. Think regular shirts, pants, blankets, underwear, towels, coats, etc. Basically anything that can go in the washer/dryer on a normal cycle and that doesn’t need dry cleaning or other special laundry instructions.
Any of those items can be thrown into a bag and we’ll take care of the rest.
Working with a laundry service is a great way to outsource your chores. A laundry service will pickup your dirty laundry and return it clean and folded.

No. When you sign up, you are added to our route. If for whatever reason you decide you want to stop, we just take you of the route.
You can sign up for a one-time pickup or get on our weekly calendar. Our service is flexible allowing you to start and stop at anytime.
Create an account by clicking on the “schedule a pickup” button. Tell us when to pick it up, and provide any laundry instructions, and indicate how often you want service (every week, every other week, or once off).
Place laundry on Doorstep
Gather all your dirty clothes, sheets, and towels and put them in a container. The vessel doesn’t matter! Laundry baskets, garbage bags, canvas totes, whatever – we’ll take it. Kitchen trash bags work the best. We check pockets prior to doing your laundry, but it might be a good idea to make sure you have your house keys…
Put your bags outside, and we’ll come pick it up and return it the next day. It’s that easy! Do you prefer we collect your laundry from a back porch, a garage, or your car at work? (Yes, we do that!) Just indicate those preferences when you create an account in Step 1.
For the first order you can put your clothes in anything, but kitchen trash bags are the best! If you choose a recurring service, we will return your laundry with some laundry bags for your next order.

We do all of that for you. We’ll sort everything into darks and lights and pre-treat any stains we see.
Nope. Just place your laundry on your doorstep, porch, or anywhere we can access, and we’ll come and get it and return it the following day to the same location.
We use two types of Tide Detergent Tide: Traditional and Tide Free & Gentle.
If you use a specific type of detergent that you know works best for you, feel free to add that to your laundry and we’ll use yours.
You can specify your laundry preferences when you create an account.

We offer next-day-delivery on all our orders, so you’ll never wait too long for your fresh clean clothes to wear. Next-day-delivery is included in the price, but if you’re in need of same-day delivery, we can add that to your charge.
We weigh all your clothes after they are fully dry, when they weigh the least. We charge by the lb. No extra for pick up and delivery or next day deliver!
Yes! Everything will come back folded. We fold, sort and package everything by person so it’s a breeze to put it away.
